I am not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses you or your vehicle may sustain during the shoot. Likewise, you are not liable for any damage to my equipment that may occur due to environmental factors (e.g., rocks, weather, etc.)

You are welcome to collaborate or tag me in your photos, but it is entirely optional.

Photography sessions require a non-refundable deposit, with the amount varying based on the selected package. The full payment is due at the end of the session, not upon delivery of the final photos.
